Lizzy's first "Big" Race in NH

On Saturday September 24th, Jimmy, Lizzy, Mom, Bill and I went to NHMS to see some good racing action.

The Whelen Modified Tour was there, as was the Craftsmen Truck series, and the ACT invitational! Also the Cup series was there practicing so that was fun too!

We had tickets for General Admission so after every race we would go to another seat and get another awesome view!

Lizzy loves the Modified Cars and how fast they went, she fell asleep during the truck series but was wide awake for the ACT tour which she liked as well.

As with any race weekend there are lots of activities beyond racing and one of them is a tire change contest...Jimmy gave it a shot and while he didn't win he definitely enjoyed it and now has a new appreciation for the 6 second pit stops!

Lizzy was able to see all the race cars on display and Jimmy got autographs for all the Modified Race car drivers so he was very excited about that!

It was an awesome family day and we will definitely be going back next year, Although we will definitely be bringing a wagon! A little girl, cooler and backpack is definitely a lot to carry all over the track and parking area!!

Play Date with Lizzy, Reid and Eli

Lizzy and Reid played together, had lunchand then had a bath together and then to wind down we went into the playroom!

Lizzy and Reid loved to play together and they also loved to go over
and talk to Eli and give him kisses and hugs!

Lizzy thought Amber was really funny and Amber got some really big smiles out of her!

She isn't suppose to stand in the chair, but she looked so cute anyway!
I took the picture and then pulled her off.
It is always so much fun hanging out with the Martin Family and we hope to visit again soon!

Chicken Pot Pie night

On Wednesday at Cole farms it is Chicken Pot Pie night and it is Lizzy's favorite!

Rocking Horse

                               We have had this Rocking Horse since she was born,
                                      but she just realized what it was for (besides holding books)!!
                                                             I think she likes it!

Today we made Jello and Homemade whipped cream...but first she needed to eat lunch!

She seemed to enjoy getting the first taste of the whipped cream!

Now to try it on our Strawberry Jello shapes!

Random Mobile photos - Summer 2011

Bike riding...We go out as often as we can and she loves watching the cars go by! She will often tell me to Go, Stop, Go again and then she will greet every passing walker or car with a friendly hello!

At least once a week instead of sitting at home, we will go over to the walmart, grap some coffee and walk around. Often Lizzy will test out some toys and Mommy and Daddy always get great ideas on what she might like for presents :)
